OUR REMODELING PROCESS:

Step 1:   What are your needs and desires for your custom remodel?

A great way to start your remodeling project is to collect or accumulate a bundle of magazine photos or draw out your current layout and what you want to change.  This helps communicate to us what your true desires might be.

Step 2:  Schedule a  Consultation

Fill out the ESTIMATE FORM to schedule an appointment to meet with you to discuss your kitchen remodeling or bathroom remodeling  project.  During the appointment, we will review any photos you might have, review any similar remodel or addition projects we might have worked on in the past via photos and take any measurements needed for the written proposal.   This will help us get a feel of what you really want done and/or make suggestions and provide ideas.

Step 3:  Prepare an Estimate

We will prepare the estimate based on the information provided at the consultation appointment.  Generally, all estimates are emailed within approximately 5 business days.

Step 4:  Contract Signing and Deposit

Once you are ready to proceed with your remodeling and all questions are answered by the customer and the contractor, the contract is signed by both parties and the deposit is collected and a projected start date is issued to the customer.

Step 5:  Pre-construction Contact

After a contract is agreed upon and signed, we begin ordering all necessary materials for your project. We obtain building permits and establish a project timeline.Generally, we will give our customers a telephone call to verify products have been ordered and received. At this time, we will also discuss the work day process, including days/times starting and completing the project.  We will also discuss any other details which might need to be addressed.

Step 6:  Project Begins

This is the working phase of the project.  Customers become very aware and personable with our experts.   The project time frame will vary but, an approximate time frame for completion will be discussed.

Step 7: Project Completion

The project completion phase is that of polishing up loose ends and your project becomes reality.  Communication is very important prior to completion of the project.  Any questions or concerns should be addressed.

Step 8:  Final Review

Final review of the project is a walk thru assuring the project was completed to your satisfaction.  We want to be confident you were utmostly satisfied with the entire process. Budget Remodeling,Inc. is committed to guaranteeing the successful completion of your project. We value our relationships with our customers both during and after the completion of your project.
